How can I complete the KYC verification process?

Here’s a step-by-step guide to complete the KYC process:

Step 1: Once you successfully complete the challenge phase or purchase an Hola Prime account issued under Direct Model, proceed with the KYC process. Log in to your Hola Prime Dashboard and navigate to the KYC section to start verification.

Step 2: In the KYC section, click on the “Start KYC Verification” button. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter your Given Name ( First Name) and Last Name. After filling in your details, click “Start Verification.”

Step 3: After clicking on Start Verification you will have 3 verification options: 

1) scanning the QR code 

2) sending a verification link via SMS. 

3) If you’re on a computer and not having a smartphone, you can continue on your computer.

Choose the option that works best for you, and you’ll get a link to submit your documents.

Step 4: To complete the KYC verification process, you will need to provide the following documents along with a selfie:

(i) Proof of Identity– You will need to provide one of the following documents as proof of your identity:

  • Government-issued ID
  • Driver’s License
  • Permanent Residence Permit
  • Passport

(ii) Selfie– The selfie must be a clear image and match the Proof of Identity document you submitted.

Only unaltered, hard-copy documents will be accepted. Any adjustments made to images captured from screens will result in the rejection and potential termination of your account. Please ensure your documents are current and valid.

Step 5: Submit your documents via the provided link. Once all steps are completed, you’ll receive a confirmation “ You have completed the KYC verification” on the dashboard.
