Implementing Robust AML & KYC Policies
Our Risk and Compliance Team has designed robust policies to ensure that Hola Prime adheres to all relevant financial laws and regulations related to preventing money laundering and financial crimes. This includes onboarding verification partners and PSPs that meet the highest standards and maintaining continuous communication with them to ensure that all onboarded customers and their transactions are clean and risk-free.
Due Diligence of Funds Management
The Compliance Team ensures we maintain sufficient funds for each day’s payouts, along with additional cushion funds. Without their sign-off, payouts cannot proceed. This assessment is conducted daily for the following day's payouts. The entire payout process follows a rigorous Ten-Point System. Additionally, for all planned and unplanned expenses of significant size, the Compliance Team's approval is mandatory, ensuring a solid financial standing at all times. In short, they play a crucial role in maintaining our financial stability.
Ongoing Monitoring and Reporting
Our 24/7 Compliance Review system is designed to ensure fair and ethical trading practices. The team actively monitors trade execution, fund allocation, and risk exposure, conducting real-time reviews of trader activity to prevent potential market manipulation and irregularities. Each trader undergoes an extensive review before receiving Hola Prime Account, eliminating the possibility of exploiting loopholes and ensuring all profits are derived from genuine, skill-based trading rather than artificial tactics.
Internal Audits

The Compliance Team conducts continuous assessments and reviews of financial stability, risk exposure, and policy implementation to identify potential compliance gaps before they escalate. The Risk & Compliance Team rigorously compiles this report to ensure all prices are benchmarked against industry standards with no discrepancies. The report is transparently published on our website every day.
