What Is a Reset and When Can I Use It?
A Reset gives you a fresh trading account with all key metrics restored to their initial starting values. This includes:
- Account Balance
- Maximum Loss Limit
- Consistency Target
- Days Traded
If you exceed the Maximum Loss Limit during your Challenge phase, your account will become ineligible for the Hola Prime Account. To regain eligibility, you must complete a Reset.
You’re free to reset your account at any time during your active monthly subscription—whether to recover from an ineligible status or to simply start over with a clean slate, even if the account is still eligible.
