Breach, Performance & Payout Impact

Payout Eligibility After Account Breach

If your Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account is breached, it becomes ineligible for any payouts or rewards, regardless of how profitable it was. Whether the breach occurs because you hit the Max. Loss Limit, violate prohibited trading rules, or your contract is terminated under the Terms of Service, the account is closed and all simulated profits and pending rewards are forfeited.

However, Hola Prime makes a specific exception when the only issue is the Daily Loss Limit:

If your Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account is profitable but you exceed the Daily Loss Limit, you may still receive 100% of your simulated profits and any applicable reimbursements or rewards, provided both of the following conditions are met:

  • No single trade results in a simulated profit or loss greater than 1% of the initial account balance.
  • Every trade has a Stop Loss applied.

If either of these two conditions is not satisfied—or if the breach involves prohibited trading activity or other hard‑rule violations—the account is treated as fully breached and all profits and rewards are lost.

Performance-Based Rewards and Incentives

Once you successfully pass the Hola Prime challenge, you will receive a 100% refund of your challenge fee. The refund is processed automatically in four equal installments, with 25% of the challenge fee credited alongside each of your first four payouts.

Example: If your challenge fee was $120, you will receive a $30 refund with each of your first four payouts, totaling a full refund of the original amount.

Impact of Payouts on the Consistency Score

When you initiate a partial payout, your consistency score is reset to zero, no matter how much profit you leave in the account. You are free to withdraw the remaining funds at any time, but the moment you place a new trade, a new payout cycle and a new consistency period begin.

Example:

  • You have earned 1,200 USD in total profits and requested a payout of 900 USD, leaving 300 USD in the account.

  • Your consistency score resets to 0 when this partial payout is processed.

Now suppose that on Day 1 of the new payout cycle you generate 1,200 USD net profit, and that remains your highest‑profit day during this new window. For your next payout, your total profit in the new cycle must reach the level required to satisfy the consistency score, calculated using the full consistency formula—and this is in addition to the 300 USD left over from the previous cycle.

In simple terms, after a partial payout you start a fresh consistency evaluation, and your future payout eligibility depends on new, steady profits rather than relying on the leftover balance from the prior cycle.
