11. Risk Disclosure and Terms Of Service -- Required Disclosures
11.1 Risk Disclosure :
Trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones' financial security or lifestyle. Only such capital should be used for trading which you can afford to lose and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
11.2 Hypothetical Performance Disclosure:
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all of which can adversely affect trading results.

The Company adamantly states that nothing in any of its software, tools, websites, webinars and other communication methods constitutes a solicitation, promotion, endorsement, offer, or recommendation to buy or sell any investment vehicle or advice. Neither the Company, its owners and operators, its subsidiaries, officers, employees, representatives, nor independent contractors are acting as licensed financial advisors. Hola Prime is acting solely as an education firm providing research tools and any trading done is for the sole and explicit purpose of illustrating the mechanics of a trade as an example for purely educational purposes. There is no assurance you will make profits or limit risk to less than the maximum risk on said product. The Company does not determine or advise whether any strategy, trading instrument or contract of any type is suitable for any individual. Education examples of strategies, trade examples, and hypothetical trades do not represent liquidity, exchange fees, commissions, interest, dividends, spreads, or other expenses and have the benefit of hindsight. These factors affect whether an investment is profitable. Any quotes made available may be delayed or may become unavailable due to technology difficulties. Before selling or buying any investment, consult with the ticket on the platform for the live pricing to verify pricing information. Neither subscriber nor any third party related to subscriber shall hold the Company liable for any change, cancellation, or temporary hold of company services.

Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied or other warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. For international users outside the United States, you understand you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your local jurisdiction regarding all regulations related to any service or site operated by a company. It is prohibited to access any of a company website's content or services if it is in violation of any local laws of the user. Your use of company products is entirely at your own risk.
11.4 Independent Contractors
For purposes of risk management Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Accounts begin as simulated and are monitored for long term consistency. Customers are independent contractors not account holders or owners and are trading in a simulated funded environment only, and not using actual live funded accounts. For the purpose of simulated profit made in a Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account, payout is based on the performance achieved in the simulated account. The company shall process payouts due to customers as per the terms and conditions as independent contractors from simulated accounts whether simulated trades were copied or not or live trades were made or not. The Company shall make those payouts from available Hola Prime membership fees, revenues, trading, etc.
11.5 Important Disclosures about Trading
All investments and trading involve risk. Trading and investing subjects you to risk of losses, including losses greater than your original investment. Many strategies, investments, and securities are not suitable for everyone. The Company does not determine whether any strategy, investment, or security is suitable for any individual as is disclaimed with whatever exchange or broker dealer you open an account with. Traders should only trade with money they can afford to lose and only place trades where they understand the risk and the instrument. Past results are not indicative of future performance. Trade examples and hypothetical trades do not represent liquidity, commissions, interest, dividends, spreads, or other expenses and have the benefit of hindsight. All these factors affect whether an investment is profitable. For all products and services, even if the trade is live, all trades and trade examples are to be considered trade examples, based upon hypothetical trades for educational purposes only. Any quotes made available may be delayed. Before selling or buying any investment, consult with a broker to verify pricing information. This risk disclosure applies to this site and all sites, services, and products owned by the Company. This service is provided for purely educational purposes only. None of the information within this should be construed as financial advice. We do not intend to or are authorised by any Regulatory body to provide trade recommendations or any service that could be thought of as investment, legal, financial, or accounting advice.
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. In addition, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as the lack of liquidity, simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will likely or is likely to achieve profit or loss similar to those shown in hypothetical or actual performance records listed on any materials or communicated in any way by anyone associated with the Company. The Company and its affiliate websites, Coaches, company divisions, principals, agents, contractors, possible affiliates, employees, associates, and partners are not responsible for any profits nor any losses from any of the material produced by the Company and its subdivisions in any form of media or method of communication. Individuals may express their opinions, but that is meant to be seen as that individual's opinion and not the opinion of the Company. The Company uses research of a variety of methods to develop educational material and educational signals, but individuals should perform their own due diligence to determine if such material is suitable for their personal investment decisions.
The Company, its websites, Coaches affiliates, contractors, or employees are NOT acting as registered investment advisers, brokers, knowledgeable persons, broker dealers, or in any other capacity that would make one believe they should trade signals given by any such persons, companies, or affiliates. Investing in products involves substantial risk and investors could lose all or more of their originally invested capital, even more than is in their investment account. If any employee, contractor, possible affiliate, of the Company or this website decides to act in any way other than described in this disclaimer, they must do so with written documentation signed by the Company for each individual instance in which they may be doing so in a means separate from or linked to the Company. Otherwise, they are doing so without the knowledge or consent of the Company.
The Company products could include inaccuracies or errors. We do not make guarantees as to the completeness or correctness of any company product. Any data used or made available by the company is from sources believed by us to be reliable and accurate; however, the company does not investigate the sources or confirm the data and it does not make any representations that the data or resulting calculations are complete or otherwise accurate. From time to time, companies may reference prior articles and opinions. These references may be selective, may reference only a portion of an article or opinion, and are likely not to be current. As markets change continuously, previously published information and data may not be current and should not be relied upon.
Use of educational services is not to be construed by customers or anyone else as an adviser relationship. All information communicated is clearly for educational information purposes and no advice is given or implied. Every customer assumes sole responsibility for his or her investment decisions. We do not recommend a particular brokerage firm. The Company has no responsibility for any profit or loss that may occur and will incur, no liability for any losses that may occur, or any type of damages including, without limitation, consequential, special, intangible, indirect, direct, or similar damages that may arise directly or indirectly to auto-trading or any educational product offered by company and/or its principals, agents, Coaches, contractors, employees, and affiliates, regardless if the loss or damages is a result of negligence of company and/or its principals, agents, contractors, employees, and affiliates. Any attempt to violate this agreement shall result in full legal action and collections for any amount lost to the violation of this agreement by the subscriber.
Our services do not constitute investment advice or recommendations. We do not provide guidance or instructions on trading or investments, nor do we accept such advice from you. Any statements made by our employees, Coaches or representatives should not be construed as investment advice, and we disclaim any responsibility for such statements. If any information or statement of the Company's employees, Coaches, staff, or representatives is interpreted as investment advice or recommendations, the provider explicitly disclaims that such information or statement is investment advice or recommendations and shall not be responsible for them. None of the services offered to the customer by the provider should be interpreted as investment services. The Company does not offer any advice, instructions, or information regarding how the customer should execute transactions using the services or in any other context, nor does it provide similar information about the investment tools being traded. Furthermore, the Company does not accept any such advice, instructions, or information from the customer.

20.11 Floating Loss Rule [Applicable on 2 Step Prime X Forex (Sim. Funded) Accounts]:
Your account’s floating loss (net) on all open positions must not exceed 2% of the initial account balance at any given time. This limit applies to all open trades in total, rather than evaluating each trade individually.
What Happens If the Limit Is Exceeded?
First Instance — Soft Breach
The first instance of exceeding the 2% floating-loss limit will result in a soft breach. If the account is in profit, the account balance will be rebalanced to its initial account balance, and trading may continue.
Second Instance — Hard Breach
Any subsequent instance of exceeding the 2% floating-loss limit will result in a hard breach, and the account will be terminated permanently.
20.12 Risk Per Trade Idea
The Risk Limit means that the total potential loss across all positions based on the same trading idea must not exceed X% of the account’s initial balance. If multiple positions are opened as part of the same trading idea, their combined risk is considered collectively when determining compliance with the limit.
The risk limit for the Hola Prime (Sim.) Funded are:
- 1-Step Prime Forex Account: 2%
- 2-Step Prime Forex Account: 2%
- 2-Step Pro Forex Account: 2%
- Direct Forex Account: 2%
- 1 Step Prime Futures Account: 2% (WealthCharts, NinjaTrader & Tradovate) and 1% (DX Futures)
- Direct Futures Account: 2% (WealthCharts, NinjaTrader & Tradovate) and 1% (DX Futures)
*Using prohibited trading practices may result in a reduction of the risk limit to 1% as a preventive measure. Any such changes will be communicated to users via official channels.
20.13 Hola Prime has a maximum capital allocation for Forex and Futures, applying to Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Accounts obtained through either challenges or direct accounts. For Forex, the maximum allocation is $500K, with Direct accounts limited to 2 active accounts. For Futures, the maximum is $500K or 5 accounts, whichever comes first. There is no limit on the number of challenges a trader can purchase.
Clients who purchase both Forex and Futures accounts will be subject to a maximum combined capital allocation limit of $800K. Clients holding exclusively Forex accounts or exclusively Futures accounts will continue to retain the standard maximum capital allocation applicable to their respective account category.
* For detailed information on our trading rules, please refer to the respective links below:
We may update and revise these Trading Rules periodically. We retain the right to modify these trading rules at any time, with any changes becoming effective as soon as they are posted on the Website. We will attempt to notify you of significant changes at our discretion, either through email or via notifications on the Website.
21. PROHIBITED TRADING PRACTICES
Hola Prime strictly prohibits abusive or exploitative trading strategies such as, but not limited to, gambling or speculative behavior, quick strike methods, high-frequency trading, copy trading across accounts, group hedging, arbitrage, tick scalping, account rolling, one-sided betting, hyperactivity, exploiting server errors, guaranteeing profits during low liquidity periods, or account and device sharing. Such practices distort markets, bypass fair rules, or reflect unsustainable trading behavior, and violations may result in account termination, denial of rewards, or permanent bans.
What happens if you break these rules?
Hola Prime enforces calculated measures to prevent and address prohibited trading practices. Depending on the severity, consequences may include issuing a warning, restricting the number of trades or lot sizes, adding additional risk limits, lowering daily or maximum loss limits, nullifying the effects of trades that violate rules, or imposing a complete and permanent account ban.
Hola Prime strictly prohibits any kind of exploitation of the platform. Traders should read all Terms and Conditions carefully before using our platform. The conditions below apply to all accounts, whether in the challenge or Hola Prime phases.
21.1 Hyperactivity/Excessive Trading
Hyperactivity in trading refers to an unusually high volume of activity where a trader places and executes trades rapidly and in quick succession. It also extends to constant adjustments of existing orders, including repeated changes to stop-loss, take-profit, or limit order instructions. It is considered a breach of our terms and will result in account termination.
21.2 Account/Device Sharing
- Trading is permitted only from your own personal devices. Sharing devices or accessing your account from a device associated with another user is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy would result in termination of all existing accounts, and the client would be permanently banned from using any Hola Prime services.
- Each participant may maintain only one registered account using their own email address, device, and identity. Multiple or duplicate registrations are not permitted.
- Multiple accounts operating from the same IP address or network, suspicious IP activity, unrealistic location changes, or devices linked to multiple traders may trigger a compliance review.
- Accessing the account or platform from a restricted country or region, or using a VPN that routes through a restricted country, is strictly prohibited and will lead to account termination.
- International travel may trigger a compliance review due to changes in IP location. Traders must provide any requested travel details or supporting documentation within the specified timeframe to verify legitimate account access.
Failure to comply with these requirements or respond to compliance requests may result in account breach, termination, or other compliance action. For more details, click here.
21.3 Gambling/Speculative Trading
At Hola Prime, we emphasize disciplined and responsible trading practices. Behaviors resembling gambling—such as excessive use of margin, overleveraging, placing multiple buy and sell orders at different price levels to exploit short-term price movements, or entering high-risk trades without proper analysis—are strictly forbidden. Such actions compromise sound risk management, heighten financial exposure, and hinder sustainable long-term trading performance.
21.3.1 Speculative Trading:
Setting up several buy and sell orders at various price points both above and below the current market price, to take advantage of price changes is prohibited. When the market rises and falls, hitting different price points, it raises risk because numerous losses can occur at once from a significant market movement in one direction. Hence, it is prohibited to use this tactic.
Trading activity must demonstrate consistent profitability across a meaningful number of trades. Where the account’s overall result is materially dependent on any single trade or isolated outcome, such activity may be classified as speculative trading and is prohibited.
For instance if a trader sets several buy orders at $150, $155, and $160 and multiple sell orders at $170, $175, and $180. The trader makes profit if the market moves between these levels. However, all of the buy orders will lose equity if the market falls sharply below $150, resulting in huge losses.
21.3.2 Excessive use of margin and high risk on trades:
Forex:
The margin utilization of 70% or higher is considered excessive. If a trader is found to be violating this in Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) accounts, the account will be rebalanced to the initial account balance and repeated violations may lead to placement in Prime Consistency Program. For more details click here.
Risk Rule Per Trade Idea: Your risk per trade idea must not exceed 2% of the initial account balance on your Hola Prime (Funded or Direct) account. This rule is applicable on 2 Step Pro, 1 Step Prime, 2 Step Prime and Direct accounts.
For the purpose of this rule, split positions in the same direction that overlap in time — including multiple entries opened and/or closed at different times — will be treated as a single trade idea.
Additionally, if a new position in the same direction is opened within 10 minutes of closing a previous position, it will also be considered part of the same trade idea.
Any continuous sequence or chain of such overlapping or closely timed positions will be treated as one single trade idea for risk calculation purposes.
A Stop Loss is mandatory for every trade. The absence of Stop Loss will be considered as infinite risk by default.
The breach of this rule will lead to hard breach and termination of account.
*Using prohibited trading practices may result in a reduction of the risk limit to 1% as a preventive measure. Any such changes will be communicated to users via official channels.
Floating Loss Rule: Your account’s floating loss (net) on all open positions must not exceed 2% of initial account balance at any given time. This rule is applicable on 2 Step Prime X Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Accounts only.
This limit applies to all open trades at any given time. The total floating loss across every open position on the account is considered collectively, rather than evaluating each trade individually.
There is no requirement to place a Stop Loss. Traders are responsible for managing their trades and overall exposure to ensure that the account's floating net loss on all open trades remains within the applicable limit at all times.
The first instance of exceeding the applicable floating net loss limit will result in a soft breach. If the account is in profit, the account balance will be rebalanced to its initial account balance, and trading may continue.
A second instance of exceeding the applicable floating net loss limit will result in a hard breach and permanent termination of the account.
Further, general risk management rules should always be kept in mind, and the trader should trade in the account as if it were their money. Read about prohibited Gambling behavior here.
Futures:
For DX Futures- Your risk per trade idea must not exceed 1% of the initial account balance on your Hola Prime (Funded or Direct) account.
For WealthCharts, Tradovate & NinjaTrader- Your risk per trade idea must not exceed 2% of the initial account balance on your Hola Prime (Funded or Direct) account.
* Further, general risk management rules should always be kept in mind, and the trader should trade in the account as if it were their money. Read about prohibited Gambling behavior here.
21.3.3 Strategies which are not reasonably replicable in real markets:
It is prohibited to engage in any practices which are not reasonably replicable on actual market (such strategy is not in line with risk management rules that a reasonable trader would apply when trading with their own money):
(i) opening substantially larger position sizes compared to your other trades, whether on this or any other account of the trader;
(ii) opening substantially smaller or larger number of positions compared to your other trades, whether on this or any other account of the trader.
Performing gap trading (high risk practice which carries potential unfavourable outcomes if performed in real market conditions in times of increased volatility) by opening trade(s);
(i) when major global news, macroeconomic event or corporate reports or earnings, that might affect the relevant financial markets are scheduled; or
(ii) hours or less before a relevant financial market is closed for 2 hours or longer.
21.3.4 Trading without considering technicals or fundamentals:
Continuous buying or selling of any instrument without taking into account technical signs, economic indicators, or fundamental news that could point to a future price gain or drop is a kind of betting with unfavorable risk-reward ratios. Because of its speculative nature and substantial loss risk, entering into these sorts of trades is prohibited.
For Instance- If a trader consistently buys a specific instrument without taking into account any potential risk or signs of an impending market decline. They run the risk of suffering substantial losses if the instrument’s price drops unexpectedly due to their lack of diversification.
In general, trades placed in contradiction with how trading is actually performed in the financial markets, or in a way that our Risk Team considers, acting reasonably, might cause us financial, reputational or other harm as a result of the trader’s activities (Some e.g. include overleveraging, overexposure, one-sided bets, account rolling, trading during non-liquid market hours to exploit liquidity shortages, inconsistencies, etc.).
21.3.5 Inconsistent Trading Practices:
To ensure consistency between the evaluation and funded stages, traders must maintain a broadly consistent trading methodology throughout the lifecycle of their account. Accordingly:
Using an Expert Advisor (EA), algorithm, or trading bot to complete or pass a Challenge Account and subsequently switching to manual trading on the corresponding Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account or vice versa is strictly prohibited.
Traders are expected to maintain a consistent trading methodology throughout both the Challenge and Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) stages. Accordingly, utilizing specific asset classes, symbol categories, margin utilization levels, or risk profiles during the Challenge phase, and then materially deviating from that approach by trading entirely different asset classes or symbol categories, or by significantly increasing margin utilization or overall risk exposure on the corresponding Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account, is strictly prohibited.
The strategy used to pass the Challenge is considered your proven trading strategy and forms the basis of your Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account. Traders are expected to maintain consistency by continuing to use the same overall approach used in evaluation account. Material changes to the proven strategy may result in account review, suspension, or Performance Reward denial.
21.4 One-Sided Betting
One-sided betting refers to a trading approach where one repeatedly takes positions in only one direction, either buy or sell, without proper market evaluation or analysis. At Hola Prime, this practice is prohibited because it is highly speculative and exposes traders to unnecessary risk.
Example: A trader may open multiple small trades or a single large trade across one or several assets, all positioned on the same side. This lack of balance or diversification leaves them highly exposed, and a sudden adverse price move can trigger significant losses.
21.5 Arbitrage
It is prohibited to take advantage of discrepancies in price feed within a platform due to technical glitches, or price differences or delays across several marketplaces or platforms, including long-short arbitrage, reverse arbitrage, opposite trading across accounts, and hedge arbitrage (simultaneously entering opposing positions with different firms). This includes, but is not limited to, latency arbitrage or any trading activity characterized by patterns consistent with exploiting price feed delays, execution inefficiencies, or short-lived market discrepancies rather than engaging in genuine market exposure.
21.6 Scalping or High-Frequency Trading (HFT)
It is not allowed to use sophisticated expert advisers, algorithms, and fast communication networks to profit from small price fluctuations by executing a high volume of trades within a short time frame because of its potential for market manipulation and disruptive trading activities.
By making trades extremely quickly, these algorithms are able to profit from even the slightest price swings, giving them an unfair edge over other traders. These algorithms strain market liquidity by the quick influx of orders and subsequent cancellations. Owing to this several traders might not get their trades executed at fair pricing.
Futures
Consistently (as a pattern)- just opening and closing positions in less than 3 minutes to make profits without any plan, this is tick scalping and not permitted. There is no “minimum hold time” rule, and we understand that market volatility can occasionally drive shorter trade durations. This is only an issue when it is a clear pattern in the trader’s trading pattern, as this is taking undue advantage of the simulated trading environment.
Accounts demonstrating consistent patterns of such behavior, including minimal trade development time and systematic rapid order placement and closure, may be flagged as in breach of the program’s Terms & Conditions.
21.7 Using Expert Advisors (EAs) and Algorithms
Traders are permitted to use Expert Advisors (EAs), algorithms, and indicators; however, it is essential to customize their settings to ensure that their trading activity remains distinct from that of other traders. Our Risk and Compliance team may, at its discretion, request traders to share the source code of the EA being used (or intended to be used) for review and verification purposes.
If a trader uses a third-party trading robot (EA), it is important to note that other traders might also be using the same EA or strategy. In such cases, accounts employing identical or highly similar strategies will be grouped together and subject to a combined maximum capital allocation, even if the accounts belong to different traders or profiles.
If two or more traders are found using identical or near-identical EA configurations, the following actions may be taken at our discretion:
- Denial of Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account approval
- Rebalancing of existing Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Accounts
- Termination of one or more related accounts
In cases where an EA causes platform hyperactivity or other technical issues, we may contact the trader to review and adjust the EA’s logic or parameters, and may again request access to its source code for diagnostic purposes. Traders must also ensure that their EAs operate in accordance to our rules & guidelines, and do not engage in any restricted or prohibited strategies, as all EA activity is monitored and traceable.
Note: The use of any form of Expert Advisor (EA) is strictly prohibited on Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Accounts issued under the Direct Model, and all Futures Challenge and Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Accounts including accounts issued under Direct Model.
21.8 Copy Trading
It is allowed for traders to engage in copy trading only from one Hola Prime account to another Hola Prime account (both challenge and funded), provided that both accounts are owned by the same individual.
However, copy trading from external accounts, as well as between multiple Hola Prime accounts not owned by the same person (such as those of relatives, family members, friends, service providers, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
While using third party copiers, make sure your trades are copied along with any limits, properly. Hola Prime will not be responsible for the performance or efficacy of third party copiers used by traders
In addition, the following activities are also prohibited:
It will be deemed copy trading and a breach of our conditions if a sizable portion of a trader’s trades are identical to those of one or more traders based on the following — opening price, closing price, lot size, lot ratio, symbols, etc. This could also indicate group trading, signal services, passing services, or any other activity that replicates trading strategies, which are not allowed. In such a scenario, all associated accounts will be immediately terminated.
21.9 Hedging or executing reverse trades
It is allowed to hedge or open buy or sell trade in the same instrument inside the same trading account. However, it is prohibited to open buy and sell trades in the same instrument across many accounts or in a group.
For Instance: It is prohibited to hedge a trade over two accounts by buying one lot of EUR/USD on Account-1 and selling one lot of EUR/USD on Account-2 at the same time by the same trader.
21.10 Trading Behaviour Consistency
In futures challenge and Hola Prime (Sim.) Funded accounts, traders must use contract sizes that reflect a consistent trading approach. Adjustments based on market conditions, such as reducing size during high volatility or increasing size as the account balance grows, are acceptable as long as they align with a systematic strategy.
For example, if a trader starts with 1 contract and scales it up as they make profits, it is a consistent approach. However, if they trade 12 contracts on a day and decrease it to 3 contracts the next day, without any basis, only to draw payouts, it is not a consistent approach.
Making sudden, inconsistent, drastic changes in contract sizes with the sole purpose to manipulate payouts or the evaluation process will result in termination of the account and forfeiture of payouts.
21.11 Circuit Breaker Limits
In futures challenge and Hola Prime (Sim.) Funded accounts, traders may NOT place trades within 2% of the price limit. Doing so will result in account closure. Please refer to CME Price Limits to check specific price limits for different asset classes.
21.12 Non Compliance with CME Group Rules
All trading activities must adhere to CME Group’s rules and regulations in futures challenge and Hola Prime (Sim.) Funded accounts
Important Note for All Hola Prime Accounts
Any activity that, in our reasonable assessment, is designed to circumvent or bypass the intent of these trading policies may be classified as a prohibited trading practice, regardless of whether individual rules or limits have been technically observed.
If our Risk Management Team detects that a trader’s trading constitutes Prohibited Trading practices, their participation in the program will be terminated and will result in forfeiture of any accrued trader payout, and fees paid to the Company.
Before any Trader shall receive a Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account, the trading activity of the Trader under these Terms and Conditions shall be reviewed by the Prop Firm’s Risk Management Team to determine whether such trading activity constitutes Prohibited Trading. In the case of Prohibited Trading, the Trader shall not receive a Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account.

The Parties agree that:

- Increased allocation is subject to Hola Prime's standard scaling plan and risk management framework — it does not bypass any existing scaling rules.
- Trader must maintain consistent compliance with all Hola Prime trading rules to retain elevated allocation — violations may result in reduction to standard limits.
- Hola Prime reserves the right to review and adjust capital allocation at any time based on trading behavior and risk exposure.
- This benefit applies to funded accounts only — it does not affect challenge account sizes.
- Allocation increase is non-transferable and applies to the qualifying trader's accounts only.
How the Benefit Works:
- The standard maximum capital allocation is $500K per market category (Forex and Futures).
- Capital allocation increases by $100K after every 3 additional payouts received, provided all applicable scaling and risk management requirements are met.
For example, after reaching the 8th payout, the maximum allocation increases from $500K to $600K.
- The allocation continues to increase by $100K after every additional 3 payouts, reaching a maximum allocation of $1M at the 20th payout in each category.
- The progression applies independently to Forex and Futures accounts in the same way.
- A trader who reaches 20 qualifying payouts in Forex would become eligible for up to $1M in Forex allocation. Likewise, a trader who reaches 20 qualifying payouts in Futures would become eligible for up to $1M in Futures allocation.
- Accordingly, traders who achieve the maximum allocation in both Forex and Futures may become eligible for a combined capital allocation of up to $2M ($1M Forex + $1M Futures), subject to Hola Prime's scaling framework and risk assessment.
- Our Risk team, on its own discretion may increase the maximum capital allocation to $2M overall, directly at any point after the trader enters Prime Circle, bypassing the scaling process, as described above. The Risk team will pick such traders on the basis of their own assessment of risk management techniques used by such traders.
