What is the Reset-at-Rebill?
A Reset-at-Rebill is a free account reset provided after your monthly subscription renews, but only if you’ve exceeded the Maximum Loss Limit in your Challenge account.
To qualify for this automatic reset, the following conditions must be met:
- Your Account Is Ineligible Before Rebill
Your Challenge account shows a violation of the Maximum Loss Limit at least one trading day before your subscription renewal date. If the rule is broken after the renewal, the reset won’t apply. If your balance is below the starting amount (e.g., $99K on a $100K challenge) but no rule has been broken, your account is still eligible for the Hola Prime Account and will not be reset.
- Successful Rebill Payment & Active Challenge subscription
The reset will only happen if your monthly subscription payment is successfully processed( no payment = no reset) & you have an Active Challenge Subscription. Please ensure your subscription is active by checking your billing page before the rebill date.
