Prime Circle Club

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for Inner Circle Program at Hola Prime, applicable to eligible traders, as defined herein. In this document, ‘trader’, or ‘traders’ refers to the traders who are selected to be a part of the Inner Circle and are eligible for the respective benefits.

1. Eligibility

The following criteria apply to ALL benefits within this program:

Trader must have received 5 or more lifetime payouts from Hola Prime across at least any one of their Hola Prime-(funded) accounts.
Payouts do not need to be consecutive — 5 total, at any point in your Hola Prime history. However, if a client does copy trading, only Master Accounts’ payouts shall be considered.
No minimum payout amount — every payout, regardless of size, counts toward the 5.
All 5 must be from Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Accounts exclusively — payouts from other prop firms do not count.
The account must be in good standing — no active violations, bans, or unresolved disputes at the time of claiming.
All benefits are non-transferable and tied to the qualifying traders only.

2. The Benefits — Full Terms & Conditions

Benefit 1 — Additional 20% Discount on All Challenges & Direct Accounts

What Traders Get
An additional 20% discount on any and all Challenge or Direct Funded Account purchases—all tiers, all sizes, for 6 months from the date of issue.

Terms:

Valid for 6 months from the date of last payout. This offer shall extend for another 6 months after each subsequent payout, i.e. 6th payout onwards.
Can be combined with Hola Prime seasonal promo codes or flash sales, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Hola Prime for that specific promotion.
Strictly non-transferable — tied to the qualifying trader's registered account and verified identity only.

Benefit 2 — Hola Prime Wall of Fame

What Traders Get
Official public recognition on the Hola Prime Wall of Fame — your name, your picture, your country or region, your journey, your track record, permanently showcased on Hola Prime's platform.

Terms

Trader’s participation in the Inner Circle is deemed to be a consent to share their name, picture, and other details on the website, including Wall of Fame.
Hola Prime may include payout milestones, account sizes, or trading stats without any additional consent from the trader.
Featured content may be used across Hola Prime's website, social media, and any other official marketing channels—consent covers all of these by default.
Wall of Fame listing does not imply any financial endorsement or guarantee of future performance.
Hola Prime reserves the right to remove any listing if the trader's account is subsequently found in violation of Hola Prime’s rules or policies.
Strictly non-transferable — tied to the qualifying trader's registered account and verified identity only.

Benefit 3 — Free Platform Change at Funded Stage

What Traders Get
Switch your trading platform at the funded stage — without losing your capital or funded account progress.

Terms

Traders may request for only one free platform switch after reaching the funded stage, with the same account size and category.
Switch is available between Hola Prime's supported platforms only, as listed on the website at the time of request.
Capital balance and funded account status are fully preserved upon switching — no reset of progress or drawdown parameters.
Platform switches must be requested before any active trades are open — switches cannot be processed after any trading activity has been done on the account.
Processing time for a platform switch is up to 5 business days from the verified request.
Only one free switch is included in this benefit.
Trader acknowledges that platform-specific rules, tools, or features may differ — Hola Prime is not liable for performance differences across platforms.
This benefit is non-transferable and account-specific only.

Benefit 4 — Increased Maximum Capital Allocation of up to $2,000,000

What You Get
Maximum capital allocation raised to $2,000,000- $1mn in forex and $1mn in futures — increased from the standard $500,000 ceiling in forex and $500,000 ceiling in futures. Trade at a scale that matches your track record.

Terms

The $2M figure is the maximum ceiling — actual allocation depends on account type, challenge tier, and Hola Prime's internal risk assessment at the time of request.
Increased allocation is subject to Hola Prime's standard scaling plan and risk management framework — it does not bypass any existing scaling rules.
Trader must maintain consistent compliance with all Hola Prime trading rules to retain elevated allocation — violations may result in reduction to standard limits.
Hola Prime reserves the right to review and adjust capital allocation at any time based on trading behavior and risk exposure.
This benefit applies to funded accounts only — it does not affect challenge account sizes.
Allocation increase is non-transferable and applies to the qualifying trader's accounts only.

How the Benefit Works:

The standard maximum capital allocation is $500K per market category (Forex and Futures).
Capital allocation increases by $100K after every 3 additional payouts received, provided all applicable scaling and risk management requirements are met.

For example, after reaching the 8th payout, the maximum allocation increases from $500K to $600K.

The allocation continues to increase by $100K after every additional 3 payouts, reaching a maximum allocation of $1M at the 20th payout in each category.
The progression applies independently to Forex and Futures accounts in the same way.
A trader who reaches 20 qualifying payouts in Forex would become eligible for up to $1M in Forex allocation. Likewise, a trader who reaches 20 qualifying payouts in Futures would become eligible for up to $1M in Futures allocation.
Accordingly, traders who achieve the maximum allocation in both Forex and Futures may become eligible for a combined capital allocation of up to $2M ($1M Forex + $1M Futures), subject to Hola Prime's scaling framework and risk assessment.
Our Risk team, on its own discretion may increase the maximum capital allocation to $2M overall, directly at any point after the trader enters Prime Circle, bypassing the scaling process, as described above. The Risk team will pick such traders on the basis of their own assessment of risk management techniques used by such traders.

Benefit 5 — Two Free Account Resets

What You Get
Free account resets — usable twice within 6 months of issuance.

Terms

Qualifying trader receives two free account resets, usable within a 6-month window from the date of issuance or from the date of their selection to Prime circle.
Upon verification of the client’s eligibility for the reset benefit, a new challenge account will be issued.
These resets will be applicable to accounts purchased after 23rd May 2026.
Only two free reset per 6-month window — unused resets do not accumulate or roll over.
Reset requests must be submitted through official Hola Prime Customer support channels.
Hola Prime reserves the right to limit reset eligibility on accounts showing patterns of trading rules violations.

Benefit 6 — 5% Extra Payout

What You Get
Prime Circle members receive an additional 5% bonus calculated on their payout amount share on all approved payouts, providing greater rewards for sustained performance.

Terms

Prime Circle members are eligible to receive an additional 5% bonus on every approved payout processed during their active membership period.
The additional payout bonus is calculated as 5% of the client’s share of approved payout amount and is awarded in addition to the trader's regular payout.
The benefit applies to all qualifying payouts approved only after a trader becomes a Prime Circle member and remains active for as long as the trader retains Prime Circle status.
Traders must remain fully compliant with all Hola Prime trading rules, payout requirements, policies, and risk management standards at the time the payout is reviewed and approved.
The additional 5% payout bonus shall not apply and will be forfeited in the event of any violation of applicable rules, policies, guidelines, or contractual obligations, or where any non-compliance, risk concern, account review, investigation, or other compliance-related matter is identified.
This benefit is personal to the qualifying trader, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for any alternative benefit, credit, or compensation.
Hola Prime reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, or discontinue this benefit at any time in accordance with its compliance, and risk management requirements.

3. Integrity & Anti-Abuse Policy

The following rules apply across all benefits in this program:

Any attempt to artificially generate payouts to qualify — through manipulation, collusion, account sharing, or dishonest means — results in permanent disqualification and account ban.
Hola Prime reserves the right to audit payout history before confirming eligibility for any benefit.
Traders using multiple accounts to game the 5-payout qualification threshold will be disqualified across all accounts.
Any attempt to transfer, sell, or share any benefit will result in the immediate cancellation of all program benefits.
Hola Prime reserves the right to withdraw any or all benefits from a trader found in violation of platform rules after initial qualification.
Attempting to redeem a single-use benefit more than once through any technical or procedural workaround will be treated as fraud.

4. General Conditions

Hola Prime reserves the right to amend, pause, or discontinue any benefit within this program with reasonable prior notice.
All eligibility and redemption decisions made by Hola Prime are final and binding.
Benefits are not redeemable for cash and carry no monetary value outside their stated purpose.
This program is governed by Hola Prime's platform terms and applicable legal jurisdiction.
Void where restricted or prohibited by local regulation.
Hola Prime will notify eligible traders via their registered email or Hola Prime dashboard.
