Dashboard Login Process

You can log in to your dashboard using the following link: https://trader.holaprime.com/en/sign-in

Simply enter your registered email address and the password you created during registration to access your account.

From where can I get my login credentials for my dashboard? 

Your dashboard login credentials include your registered email address, which is the email you used to sign up with Hola Prime, and the password you created during registration. If you forget your password, you can easily reset it by clicking the “Forgot Password” option on the login page.

I had forgotten my password for my dashboard; how do I log in?

In case you have forgotten the password to log into your dashboard, you can reset the same by clicking on the “Forgot Password” button. An email with a password reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Once you verify the request, the password will be reset and you can login successfully to the dashboard with the new password.

How do I change the password from my dashboard?

To update your password for your profile, you need to log in to your dashboard and follow the below steps:

1. Once you are successfully logged in, click on your profile in the top right corner of your screen and then select “User Settings.”
2. Under “User Settings,” select the “Security” section. Fill in the current password and new password, and confirm the new password.
3. Then click on the Save button, and the password will be successfully updated for the dashboard.
