How do I update my profile and account information, and how does the KYC verification process work at Hola Prime?

Profile Management & Account Settings

To update your personal information you need to log in to your dashboard. Once you are successfully logged in, click on your profile in the top right corner of your screen and then select “User Settings”. Under the “My Profile” section, you can update the details as required and click on the save button. The details will be successfully updated.

KYC Verification Process

Below is a step-by-step guide to completing the KYC verification process:

Step 1:

After successfully completing the challenge phase or purchasing a Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account under the Direct Model, begin the KYC process. Log in to your Hola Prime dashboard, navigate to the top-right corner of the screen, and select User Settings to start the verification.

Step 2:

In the KYC Verification section, click the “Start KYC Verification” button. A pop-up window will appear prompting you to enter your first name and last name. Once entered, click Start Verification.

Step 3:

After that, you will then be presented with 3 verification options:

  • Scan the QR code
  • Receive a verification link via SMS
  • Continue verification directly on your computer if you do not have a smartphone

Select the option that works best for you. You will receive a link to submit your documents.

Step 4:

To complete the KYC verification, you must submit the following documents along with a selfie:

Proof of Identity: Provide one of the following valid documents:

  • Government-issued ID
  • Driver’s license
  • Permanent residence permit
  • Passport

Selfie: The selfie must be a clear image and must match the identity document submitted.

Only original, unaltered physical documents are accepted. Images taken from screens or modified in any way will result in rejection and potential account termination. Please ensure all documents are valid and up-to-date.

Step 5:

Submit your documents using the provided link. Once the process is complete, you will see a confirmation message on your dashboard stating, “You have completed the KYC verification and under KYC verification, it will show as “Your KYC is Enabled”.

Do we need any documents for setting up our account?

No documents are required to purchase a challenge. However, to receive a Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account, you must complete the KYC verification process and sign the required contract, which will be available in your dashboard under the “Agreements” tab. Once your verification is successfully completed, yourHola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account will be enabled for trading.

For Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Accounts issued under the Direct Model, you must complete the KYC process and sign our agreement immediately after purchasing the Direct account in order to get the Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account enabled for trading.
