What documents are needed to be submitted for KYC verification?

After successfully completing the challenge stage in Pro and Prime accounts and before requesting a payout in Hola Prime accounts issued under the Direct Model, you’ll be required to complete the KYC verification process. To do so, please upload the following documents:

1. Proof of Identity– You will need to provide one of the following documents as proof of your identity:

• Government-issued ID
• Driver’s License
• Permanent Residence Permit
• Passport
  
  

2. Selfie– The selfie must be a clear image and match the Proof of Identity document you submitted.
