Do we need any documents for setting up our account?

For buying a challenge, no documents are needed. However, to receive a Hola Prime Account, you’ll need to provide KYC documents and sign a contract that will be visible in your dashboard under the “Agreements” tab. Once your verification is successful, we will send you the credentials of the Hola Prime Account.

For Hola Prime accounts issued under the Direct Model, to request a payout, you must complete the KYC and sign our Agreement within 48 hours of purchasing the account.
