Position Overview
- •Own and drive ORM, DBM, and growth hacking strategies to enhance Hola Prime’s brand credibility, trust, and digital footprint.
- •Actively monitor conversations across public and private communities including social platforms, forums, subreddits, Quora, review portals, and niche discussion boards.
- •Engage with users proactively to influence sentiment and advocacy across organic, paid, referral, and affiliate ecosystems.
- •Provide real-time monitoring, escalation, reporting, and on-ground support during reputational risks or crisis scenarios.
- •Lead SEO-first content initiatives while leveraging AI, automation, and experimentation to improve activation, engagement, and long-term retention.
- •Collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, DevOps, and data teams to align ORM insights with business priorities and user feedback loops.
- •Define, track, and report ORM and DBM metrics including sentiment trends, NPS distribution, funnel perception, and community impact to leadership.
- •Implement influencer, content distribution, and amplification strategies to maximize visibility, reach, and brand authority.
- •Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across ORM, community management, and growth experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- •Demonstrated experience in ORM, DBM, growth hacking, or performance marketing with a strong track record of scaling digital presence.
- •Expertise in data-led experimentation including A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and attribution modeling.
- •Exceptional written communication skills with proven experience in crisis communication and reputation recovery.
- •Hands-on familiarity with ORM, social listening, and analytics tools such as BrandWatch, Mention, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and funnel analytics platforms.
- •Proven ability to design and execute community engagement frameworks that drive conversions and long-term loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- •Prior experience in financial services, fintech, trading, or adjacent high-trust industries (preferred).
- •Strong understanding of B2C growth dynamics, content strategy, community-led acquisition, and sentiment-driven retention.
- •Practical exposure to CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and referral platforms to scale engagement efficiently.
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to build, scale, and optimize communities while improving funnel sentiment and user lifetime value.
