Risk Compliance Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk management and compliance programs.
- Ensure the company's operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Hong Kong.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
- Monitor and analyze trading activities to detect potential compliance violations.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports.
- Develop and deliver compliance training to employees.
- Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in risk management and compliance, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, CRCM).
- Experience in the proprietary trading industry.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks.
