Responsibilities
- Provide psychological support and counseling to traders.
- Help traders manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges related to trading.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement programs to improve trader well-being and performance.
- Educate traders on the psychological aspects of trading.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive support to traders.
- Maintain confidential client records.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Contribute to research and development in the area of trading psychology.
Required Skills
- Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.).
- Valid license to practice psychology.
- Experience in providing therapy and counseling to adults.
- Strong understanding of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
- Experience working with traders or individuals in the financial industry.
- Knowledge of trading psychology principles.
- Experience with online therapy platforms.
