Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to traders of varying experience levels.
- Develop personalized trading plans and strategies for clients.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions to review trades, analyze performance, and provide feedback.
- Educate clients on trading concepts, risk management, and market analysis.
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their trading goals.
- Develop and deliver webinars and online training materials.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and trading strategies.
- Track client progress and provide reports to management.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development of coaching programs.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of successful trading in financial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of trading concepts, strategies, and risk management.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in coaching or teaching others.
- Ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Series 3, CFA).
- Experience in the proprietary trading industry.
- Experience with online coaching platforms.
