Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the Hola Prime Discord community.
- Create engaging content and initiatives to increase member participation.
- Moderate the Discord server, ensuring a positive and productive environment.
- Analyze Discord metrics and provide reports on community growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Hola Prime through the Discord platform.
- Stay up-to-date with Discord trends and best practices.
- Manage and train Discord moderators.
- Organize and host online events, AMAs, and contests.
- Address user inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Foster a sense of community and belonging among members.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in managing and growing online communities, preferably on Discord.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Discord platform features and functionality.
- Ability to create engaging content and moderate online discussions.
- Experience with community management tools and analytics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services or trading industry.
- Familiarity with social media marketing.
- Experience with graphic design or content creation.
