Payout Eligibility & Minimum Withdrawal Threshold

Traders can submit a payout request using the following link: https://trader.holaprime.com/en/payouts

To be eligible for a payout, the trader must meet all payout-related criteria. The minimum payout amount is $50, excluding the firm’s share.

Payout Request Process

To request a payout, please follow the steps below:

• Log in to your Hola Prime dashboard at https://trader.holaprime.com/en/sign-in 
• Click on the Payout tab.
• Simply navigate to the particular account. 
• Click the Request Payout button. On the next page, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and select your preferred withdrawal method.
• Carefully review all the details for accuracy, including your account information and withdrawal amount.
• Click the Submit button to complete your request.

Your payout request will be processed within one hour, and the funds will be transferred to your selected payment method.

Payout Verification and KYC Requirements

Hola Prime completes the KYC and document verification process before giving you access to a Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account after you pass the Pro and Prime challenges. For Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Accounts issued under the Direct Model, you must complete the KYC process and sign the agreement immediately after purchasing the Direct account in order to get the Hola Prime (Sim. Funded) Account enabled for trading.

In addition, all traders are required to complete a mandatory KYC verification interview before their first payout is processed. This step is necessary to verify your identity and ensure compliance with our policies. Please note that, as part of our internal review and security procedures, our team may request an additional KYC verification interview at any stage if required.
