Can I get a refund for my Level 2 Market Data purchase?

Level 2 data purchases are non-refundable once the payment has been processed. If you no longer wish to use Level 2 data, please make sure to cancel your subscription before the month ends. After cancellation, your access will automatically revert to Level 1 data at the start of the next billing cycle.
