What is a CME Agreement, and why do I need to sign it?
The CME Market Data Agreement is a legally binding document that outlines the conditions under which traders can access and use CME market data. It includes a declaration where traders must indicate whether they qualify as professional or non-professional users, based on their trading activity and status.
Why Do I Need to Sign It?
Signing the CME Agreement is mandatory for traders and ensures the following:
- Access to Real-Time Data: Legal permission to view live CME market data.
- Non-Professional Declaration: Hola Prime traders are required to select non-professional status.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensures both Hola Prime and its users meet CME’s regulatory requirements.
