Is a user allowed to merge multiple Hola Prime accounts?
Merging of accounts is not allowed during the Challenge/Evaluation stage and for Direct accounts.
However, for Hola Prime accounts under the Pro or Prime models, account merging is allowed up to a maximum total allocation of $500K, subject to the following conditions:
Conditions for Merging Hola Prime Accounts:
1. Accounts must be from the same evaluation model and plan category (e.g., Pro-Pro or
Prime-Prime).
2. Trading should not have been initiated in both accounts.
3. The combined initial balance of the merged accounts must match Hola Prime’s available
account sizes. For example:
5K + 5K = 10K
25K + 25K = 50K
100K + 200K = 300K
If a different combined balance is requested (e.g., 5K + 10K = 15K), the merger can
still be processed, but the account will not be shown on the leaderboard.
4. The total allocation across all merged accounts must not exceed $500K. If already at this limit, traders must wait for active accounts to close before activating new ones.
