When is the 100% challenge fee refundable?

When you successfully pass the Hola Prime challenge, you will receive a 100% refund of your challenge fee. This refund will be processed automatically in four equal installments, with 25% of the fee paid back with each of your first four payouts

For example, if your initial challenge fee was $120, you will receive a $30 refund with each of your first four payouts.
